Soda ash was quoted at 2237.5 yuan/ton, down 462.5 yuan/ton, or 17.13%, compared with the quotation at the beginning of the year.

Ammonium sulfate is quoted at RMB1500/ton, down RMB260/ton or 14.77% from the beginning of the year.

Sodium metabisulfite is quoted at 2433.33 yuan/ton, down 300 yuan/ton or 10.98% from the beginning of the year.

R134a is quoted at RMB 28,000/ton, down RMB 3,000/ton or 9.68% from the beginning of the year.

Butylene glycol was quoted at RMB 28,200/mt, down RMB 2,630/mt or 8.53% from the beginning of the year.

Maleic anhydride was quoted at RMB11,166.67/mt, down RMB1,000/mt or 8.22% from the beginning of the year.

Dichloromethane was quoted at RMB5,510 per ton, down RMB462.5 per ton, or 7.74% from the beginning of the year.

Formaldehyde was quoted at 1166.67 yuan/ton, down 90.83 yuan/ton, or 7.22% from the beginning of the year.

Acetic anhydride is quoted at RMB 9,675 per ton, down RMB 675 per ton or 6.52% from the beginning of the year.

In addition, some major plants such as Lihua Yi, Baichuan Chemical and Wanhua Chemical have also issued notices of product offer downward adjustment.

The double control of energy consumption that lasted for four months at the end of last year has now weakened, with some chemical starts rebounding and the rapid reversal of the contradiction between supply and demand also causing chemical prices to fall back. Compared to the price increase and earn a lot of money, the hands of the inventory prices continue to depreciate the chemical companies, the approach of the Spring Festival is facing a “down or not down” the huge pressure.
